1. Shipping Service

We use reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS to deliver fresh-cut flowers anywhere across Canada using express next-day shipping.

• Once your order is placed, the flowers are cut, treated, boxed, and shipped directly to your location.

• We do not charge extra handling fees, and we do not profit from shipping—you only pay what it costs to ship.

2. When to Place Your Order

• We recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance of your desired delivery date.

• Flowers are shipped before reaching full bloom, so plan to receive them 1–2 days prior to your event to allow time for rehydration and opening.

• You may pre-order flowers up to 60 days in advance.

3. Shipping Rates by Region

Our shipping rates are flat-rate and structured by geographic zones and order value:

🏙 EAST CANADA – Ontario & Quebec

• $0–$499.99 → $39.99

• $500–$799.99 → $29.99

• $800.00 and up → Free Overnight Express Delivery

🌄 WEST CANADA – Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, NB, NS, NL, PEI

• $0–$499.99 → $89.99

• $500–$799.99 → $79.99

• $800.00 and up → Free Shipping

❄️ NORTH CANADA – Yukon, NWT, Nunavut

• Flat Rate Shipping: $129.99

4. Tracking Your Box

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you from FedEx or UPS.

• We are not responsible for carrier website errors or delays.

• Ensure someone is available to receive your order to prevent delays or damage from being left unattended.

5. Delivery & Customer Responsibilities

• Perishable Products: Flowers are delicate and sensitive to weather and temperature.

• Be Available: Ensure someone is available to receive your order on the delivery date.

• Report Issues Promptly: If your order does not arrive as scheduled, please notify us within 24 hours.

6. Additional Shipping Charges for Rural Areas

For orders shipping to rural areas in Western Canada, Central Canada, and Atlantic Canada, identified by the postal code prefixes listed below, a $50 rural delivery surcharge will be added on top of your standard shipping rate.

This surcharge applies to addresses with postal codes starting with:

• Western Canada: V0, V1, V2, V3 (BC); T0 (Alberta); S0 (Saskatchewan); R0 (Manitoba)

• Central Canada: K0, P0 (Ontario); G0, J0 (Quebec)

• Atlantic Canada: E0 (New Brunswick); B0 (Nova Scotia); C0 (Prince Edward Island); A0 (Newfoundland and Labrador)

Please note: This surcharge cannot be added automatically at checkout. If your shipping address falls within these postal codes, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange delivery and confirm any additional fees.
